1. Will Sterling Silver Jewelry Tarnish?
Finer Grace's high-quality sterling silver jewelry contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy metal, which is typically called .925 sterling silver. To ensure authenticity, each of our jewelry pieces has a 925 stamp engraved on it.

2. Is Finer Grace's jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our products are sterling silver and safe for sensitive skin. It is Nickel-free, Lead-free, Cadmium-free, Tarnish Resistant, Hypoallergenic.
3. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Typically, orders are processed within 2-4 business days. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. What are the shipping times?
Standard shipping takes about 5-7 days.
*Please note that there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
5. When will I receive a tracking number?
Once your product has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
In case you require any assistance with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@finergrace.com.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you wish to modify your order including, cancel your order or change the shipping address, kindly notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note that our team makes every effort to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, and therefore, we may be unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations after this timeframe.
7. What is the return policy?
Finer Grace offers a 30-day returns for all customers. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@finergrace.com and we will be able to assist you. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error.
8. How long will I receive my refund?
After we receiving your returned item, our team will take approximately 10-15 business days to process your return and send you a return confirmation email.
Please note that we are unable to issue a refund to a payment method different from the one used to place the original order. See full refund policy here.
9. What if I have entered an incorrect address?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information.
Notify us immediately via email at support@finergrace.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
10. What if my arrive arrived damaged?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, products often arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.🙁

- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
